[Return and Exchange Process]

To confirm returns or exchanges, please refer to "After-Sales Service" for detailed information.

Please choose a platform to contact customer service via private message to apply for return or exchange.

↓

Customer service will provide a 7-11 return code after confirmation.

↓

Within 3 days, go to the 7-11 ibon machine to print the barcode sticker and give it to the store clerk

↓

It takes 5~7 working days (excluding holidays) for AROAK to receive returns or exchanges.

↓

Within 7 working days (excluding holidays), the purchase money will be refunded or refunded to the designated account.

Exchanges will be dispatched after the replenishment is completed.

When you receive the product and unpack it, be sure to videotape the entire process and check and try it on immediately. If there are any problems, we can quickly handle them for you. (Trying on underwear is not allowed, please read the after-sales service specifications for underwear)
